Booking

Send us the basics. We’ll take it from there.

Date, city, type of event, rough guest count, and whatever you already know about the room. We will check the calendar and tell you which lineup we think makes sense.

What helps us answer

A rough plan is enough.

  • Date and approximate timing
  • Venue or city
  • Guest count
  • Indoor or outdoor
  • The role music should play
  • Any meaningful song or lineup ideas

If you do not know whether to book the duo or the band, leave that part to us. The room and the schedule usually make the answer fairly clear.

This opens a draft in your email app. The website does not save the form.

Before you write

The questions we get most.

What kinds of events do you play?

Weddings, rehearsal dinners, private parties, company events, patios, restaurants, tasting rooms, resorts, clubs, and public stages around Northern California.

Can you provide sound?

Yes, for many small-to-mid-size events. At a larger venue, we work with the house or production team instead.

How long can you perform?

A typical booking is up to three 45-minute sets or two 60-minute sets. We can place the breaks around dinner, speeches, or other parts of the event.

Is Ashe / Hopper always a duo?

No. Every version starts with Sean and Matt, but we also book as a trio, a full band, or with a guest musician.

Do you take special requests?

Sometimes. Send the song early and we will tell you whether we can learn it and do a version we would stand behind.

Where do you travel?

We are based in Sacramento and travel around Northern California, including Napa, Tahoe, and the Bay Area. We include travel in the quote when it applies.
